To Hanmaum Youth and Parents:
Greetings of Grace and Mercy!
The new school year has started, and the Fall 2020 semester is upon all of us. Though this is a difficult time for many, it is a blessing to see our students and church family adjusting well to the “new normal.” Our students have been so flexible and seem to be doing well whether they are wrapped up in transitioning to a new grade or doing college applications.
We are now coming to the end of our Summer teaching in Proverbs. It has been an exciting journey. This is a book full of riches, but sometimes it is hard to understand. Through the Bible studies and messages, I hope that our students have learned how to navigate this book and that they are encouraged to pursue the wisdom of God. The next teaching will be in Isaiah. This is one of the most extraordinary books in the Bible and we look forward to diving into this Fall.
Please continue to pray for our students as we start school. Though many are doing virtual, we still want to pray for their safety and well-bring. We also want to pray for the leadership of the church and the nation.
Soli Deo Gloria,
- Bernard Chung
