Greetings of Grace!
It is finally autumn and we welcome one of the most delightful times of year! As the weather is cooling and the pumpkin spice scents waft through the air, our hearts are beginning to turn toward the holidays. This fall promises to be an exciting time of celebration and growth for our youth group!
We continue our teaching in Ephesians. We have been working through the wonderful theological doctrines that Paul laid out in the book. As we jumped into this book, we wrestled with themes like predestination, the power of the gospel, and the community that God calls us into.
I humbly request that our students, teachers, parents, and church join with us in prayer as we get deep into the swing of things in the ministry. We are hoping to empower students through discipleship and student leadership. There are several activities planned for this fall and we pray that God will be glorified through them. Most of all, we hope that this season will be a season of spiritual growth and maturity for our students. Also, we want to keep our seniors in our prayers as they work through their college applications.
Soli Deo Gloria, - Bernard Chung
